The airport where I reported my delayed baggage isn't picking up the phone nor replying to my emails.
The wrong airport that received my baggage emailed saying it must go back to the airport where I made the report.
When calling AF and selecting the baggage option, it tells you to submit a report online and then hangs up.
I am sorry but then I don't know. Crazy really. I suggest you send a message to customer service via the contact form you'll find on the website. Good luck.

Ok thanks, hopefully AF can straighten it out ASAP. But I do have new doubts now as the new baggage handling station told me the file has been deemed closed. However Worldtracer still says "FORWARDING TO DELIVERY AIRPORT" - the (wrong) delivery airport (PMO).

Did manage to get in touch with AF via Twitter and they did not say anything regarding the case being closed, rather that the bag has been requested to be forwarded to the new airport.

In the event that my bag is deemed lost, do you know if the amount I've spent for necessities in the interim is deducted from the lost bag compensation of up to 1288 SDR?
