A quick question to fellow users: is there a trick or a workaround when it comes to selecting a return flight that will be outside of your weekend card validity period, but the outbound is inside? It seems I can’t renew it « in advance » and the price difference is quite steep if I had to book the return flight to be within the validity period (over 400€)
Also, Lets say I do book it and move it later, if the flight I book is on the last day of my validity period, does the renewal period allows for overlaps?
TIA for any insights as to how to best address that situation.

You can change booking when outbound and inbound are not on the same card only by phone/chat (plat line, customer service or messenger for instance). The only limitation is ticket validity which should be less than 1 year and change should be made before the flight.
Done it a couple of times with tickets with flights between September and June and a renewal period in November.

weekend card now valid for J
I was looking at renewing my weekend card at the discount price they proposed until yesterday, and I noticed that discount is now available for J bookings. IIRC, the discount was applied only in Y. The discount in J (up to -15%) is lower than in Y, but still a good development.

To weekend card users: my card is now up for renewal (expiring end of October). Would I face any issue if I renew it today? Considering the copious amount of bugs and glitches all over AF's IT, I'm wondering whether having the same card valid over two different periods of time (Until end of October this year, and from end of October to October next year) would make it more challenging to use it?
Thanks in advance for any insights.

YMMW but I'm in this situation too and I don't have an issue to buy flights (neither does Mrs Lynxy, also in the same situation).

I should have noticed earlier, but I see that when renewing my combined Abonné card next month, I will earn 20XP instead of 40XP.

Jeune, Senior and Week-End+ discount cards are available at a reduced price of EUR 25 each (instead of EUR 49) until December 5th.

my card renewal date is in the 6th of July 2024. I would like to book tickets in August 2024. There is now way of renewing the card and it is impossible to buy a new one with starting date 6th July 2024.

It is actually possible to just buy a new one for next year. Start date can be as late as 365d out
