Not sure if this is the most relevant thread for that but is anyone currently facing troubles to have bluebiz points credited ?
I had several discussion with bluebiz teams regarding a flight I had in early September, they say the points are registered in the system and will show up but I am still awaiting the credit whereas bluebiz number was correctly registered during the purchase of the ticket.
