Indeed, my patience and tolerance has reach its limit. No answer yet from what I believe and guessed the general la premiere email address "[email protected]". Just tried as well to contact AF call center. After 30 minutes on hold, I gave up. It's not worth spending more time and frustration only to book a spa treatment in the lounge. Otherwise I would need to book at least a 2 hours massage to relieve the freshly built up stress .

For a first timer in La Première, it's not a good start.
Let's hope I'll quickly forget this small detail and enjoy the rest of the package. Looking forward to experiencing it.

From ground to inflight services the La Première experience was fantastic. It's disappointing though that the contact details were handed out to me only after landing in CDG.

I'll chime in here to repeat my outrage over how hard it is to get straight information about how to contact LP via phone or e-mail. Per my earlier posts, which evoked all kinds of responses about "no, don't give the information or you'll risk overwhelming the system," I remain supremely puzzled by the need for the mystery.
I resisted downloading the AF app for years and finally did so recently, in anticipation of a P trip tomorrow in part to see whether the app provided information for P pax about services and communications with its dedicated staff. Nope! This is in addition to the lack of ANY information in any e-mails I received about my booking.
The AF website mentions all these great services to which one has access, notably the car service between Paris and CDG and the spa treatments, but provides NO information on how to reserve them. As I said, outrageous. I only ever found out how to contact the LP service after receiving two red cards from LP staff at the lounge (and even then from the attendants who drove me to the aircraft who did so at their discretion and following no prompts from me) with the dedicated line and the e-mail address. It's great that the P cognoscenti in this forum PM the newbies, but that shouldn't be how this happens.
More practically, one thing I learned very early on is that one should not wait until the last minute to book the spa treatment. I have done it as far as one month out and usually about two weeks out. The car is easier, and I normally wait until I'm pretty sure when I'll actually leave my residence. That has averaged out to about 48 hours ahead of time.
I intend to bring this subject with AF staff up as I make my way to the lounge tomorrow. For those who may only experience LP once or twice, it would truly suck to miss out because one doesn't know, for example, that it is important to add "ligne" to the e-mail address that Artemio used.
By the way, the LP folks have regularly replied to my messages with impressive swiftness, even during the pandemic when the responses were always preceded by a stock return message that apologized for possible delay. They have almost always provided exactly the service I've needed, including last-minute ticket modifications. I've never having used the FB Platinum line or other supposed dedicated elite support lines, but these folks have been absolute pros or, as I've referred to them in the past, angels.

This info may be too late for the OP, but just did a P trip with an ORY connection. There's no ground service upon arrival D0 in ORY, but they do offer Hertz DriveU service on D1 from Paris to CDG. In the opposite direction (CDG - ORY) AF provides a transfer (Hertz) to ORY and the ground team there was amazing! Was greeted at the curb, escorted through security and had a separate spot in the lounge, then escorted to boarding. Cannot say enough about the experience, all coordinated by the LP team at CDG and in the call center. Fabulous and then some!

If it helps, if you call AF's regular number, get connected to a service rep and start talking about an upcoming LP flight, they will immediately transfer you to some sort of an LP line at least in my experience when calling in the US. I found this via dumb luck when before I flew LP a month ago.

Have a family member arriving JFK on DL and connecting to AF.

I called the LP line (needed a reissue due to a schedule change) and asked if a LP representative meets the DL inbound at JFK and escorts the pax to T1 check in. I was told no. I just wanted to confirm this is accurate and if anyone has paid for a JFK connection service? I know it's a waste of money. My family member doesn't understand what an airtrain is, terminal transfers are, etc., so the easier, the better. Thanks

That's the way it is from my experience. I flew IAD-JFK-CDG and made my own way to T1 and the AF LP check in. But once you get to that point, you will be escorted the rest of the way.

I'm trying to find information on how to book the La Première ground service when flying on an international J flight without a La Première cabin, but for some reasons I can't find anything on AF's website. Did they remove that possibility?

I don't believe that the LP ground service is bookable online. You have to contact the LP desk (phone or email) and ask availability on the dates and flights you desire. Make sure you provide your FB number. In order to be eligible, you must have flown LP recently (not sure the exact number but guessing within 12 months or so) and your flights must be on routes where there is no P service.

I know that. But I could have swear the fact that this was possible was mentioned on the website.

Please be advised when connecting from DL to an AF flight at JFK and vv, starting 26 September, there will be no AirTrain service for 8 weeks due to the rebuilding of T1 and T2. All pax will need to take a shuttle bus to and from Terminal 1 to Terminal 8, and onward via AirTrain to/from T4. Allow extra time on connecting flights. Obviously this applies to La Premiere and all other pax connecting at JFK from DL to AF and vv. Not going to be pretty but please don't shoot the messenger....

Those conditions are off. I was just quoted 650€ or 97500 miles for my connection in CDG. It also seems like if you had upgraded to La Première, it doesn't count towards eligibility, but they are going as far back as 2019 at the moment to check for your last flight in La Première.
