That's sad. I was finally able to book La Premiere for May 2023 and hate to think it will be my only chance to experience it. :-(

Context? Maybe think glass half full and look forward to a great flight? Plus, life goes on even without LP...

Given the lack of "deals" these days and my increasing balance of bank reward points, I've booked a couple of P award tickets recently. Definitely not a bargain at 220k miles O/W, but oddly always cheaper than business class award pricing on the same flight (550k for MXP-CDG-JFK!?). I also appreciate that most of these are readily available whereas first class awards on some other airlines are near impossible without months of planning. Hope AF is not planning to make P awards super dynamic anytime soon!

I'm planning a LAX-CDG-SIN trip in January with a 9+ hour CDG connection, from 11:15am to 8:45pm. As much as I love the LPL , we're going to head into the city for lunch and a little sightseeing. I figured that we'd go to the LPL to refresh and drop our bags. How would I then enter France from the LPL? I assume that our PA would handle it. With that long a connection, would I qualify for complimentary car service to/from the city?

It‘s America. We should be glad they didn‘t write „like, Premier“ or „a ton of Premier“ on the screen.

Mail sent yesterday morning, they just answered an hour ago with this:
This is not the correct mailadress. This mail adress is only for VIP centre in Amsterdam when starting your trip in La Premiere in the Netherlands

Please contact the airfrance call center for your question

Best regards,
My trip is starting in BCN. I will probably have to call the ordinary call center.

Yes my email was in response to the poster who was starting his trip at AMS. You can use the regular LP email for your ex-BCN trip.

But it is good to see the AMS VIP center is still operating!

Pretty shoddy service from the AMS "VIP" desk. They could have easily referred you or forwarded the message to the general LP service desk as opposed to the "airfrance call center".

Fully agree. Not acceptable IMHO for a super premium service to say politely "don't bother us as we are not concerned". I can't say I am surprised knowing that KL ground staff in AMS is not even capable to handle properly FB Ultimate pax. So, La Première...oh my god !
