A small remark on SFO-CDG bound AF83 - apparently in J pre-flight drink wasn’t served because not optimal number of pursers on the board (they didn’t manage to catch the inbound flight because strike in France).

And that would be too much stress for the AF remaining crew to go beyond the union-approved onboard work guidelines. .
