It was either an award or a fare giving Sky Priority.

was that an award ticket booked with miles from your Gold account, a full flex Y ticket, a ticket in W or J ?
There are several reasons why she could have SP but it’s not because she was on the same PNR as you.

I didn’t see you post before writing mine (it was on the next page), but obviously we thought about the same things. ;)

No, it was a regular, paid non-full-flex Economy ticket that we flew in the last few weeks. The receipt stated fare class T for all segments, the boarding pass that we got in NUE looked like that:

https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...109537f7b.jpeg

One caveat: for the KLM flight from NUE to AMS (DL9274) it states boarding zone 5 while mine ("true" STE+) states zone 2. So this could be the indication that she actually was not supposed to have SP. Still we both have SkyPriority in the top right corner and zone "SKY" for the US flights. Her ticket allowed her to use the fast track security in NUE that has an automated scanner in the front so only eligible tickets (J class or status) can enter.

So it could rather be a Delta thing than a AF/KL thing because I am pretty certain for any domestic DL flights we take she also gets SP on her boarding pass if we are on the same PNR. The fast track scanner in NUE is contradicting though.

The BP you attached to your post is showing below your hidden name "AM". So you are a member of the Aeromexico program, not FB. Rules for AM program might be different. I am not familiar with those so I cannot comment. The discussion here was about FB, not other ST program. DL SkyMiles is known to extend Elite benefits to other pax in the same PNR, I don't know for AM.

Apologies, should have made it more clear: that is the BP of my +1. While she collects in AM, she has no status. I have FB Gold (not collecting in any other ST program, so my FB number was on my BP) and was on the same PNR. Hence she must have gotten SP through me.

Actually they do this for all SkyTeam Elite (plus), not just DL SkyMiles, I think. So even if you are FB gold but flying on DL flights, it should apply.

So that's likely what has happened to HeartFist as he was booked under DL code on a 006 ticket.
