Business class seats AF 787s

Business class seats AF 787s
Are the business class seats on the AF and KL 787s the same. Seat guru reports different widths by about 1/2 inch.
I ask because for me the KL seat is not very comfortable - mainly because the seat recline controller sits right where I rest my arm and I end up inadvertently turning the foot light off and on and moving the seat. And I find them sparsely padded.
