Question Logo Design By AF for A319?

Until now, I thought the logo Design by AF was related to long-haul flights having BEST seats.
However, while booking GVA-CDG, I noticed that same logo on flights operated with A319. (All other flights on 318/320/321 do not have the logo)
Any explanation to that?

Could it be because the flight is expected to be operated on a 319 equipped with Wifi?

Also guess it has to do with wifi availabililty. I've seen that logo on certain TATL flights.

on long-haul flights, this logo had nothing to do with WiFi but was used to designate B777 planes equipped with BEST cabins.

Given the prescence of the wifi icon it might indeed be to do with WiFi given that it is being deployed on short/medium haul as well.

It used to be that way, but now there are different logos for flights planned to have Wifi I think. Otherwise why would they have the "Design" logo then another flight with "Design and Wifi" ?

Finally.... Much less needed on short-haul than long-haul, but still: finally.

I wonder if the net neutrality rules would/should apply to these flights within the EU. These rules explicitly prohibit limiting access to part of the internet based on specific websites/services.

While these rules are mainly aimed at limiting internet providers from (eg) blocking/limiting Netflix access and forcing their own alternative services, this is kind of what is happening here too - some services are available but others require further payment.
