hey folks,

was supposed to fly today with AF from YYZ to CDG. Inbound aircraft (AF 356) is 2+ hrs late. AF 351 to CDG show as cancelled, and now there is a new flight scheduled 2+hrs later, leaving under a new number (AF4091).

is this considered as a schedule change/cancellation in which case EU261/04 would apply, even though i will arrive only 2hrs late?

This is not eligible for compensation with « only » 2 hrs delay.
