CDG La Premiere Lounge - Guest Access Policy?

Hi all. I’ll be flying from LHR-SFO via CDG later this week in La Premiere, and I have a nice layover at CDG. That means I’ll have a fair amount of time in the La Premiere lounge. As it happens, my partner will be transiting CDG at the same time with a similar layover (also on AF, not in La Premiere, and not the same flights).

Does anyone know the details/policy about having him join me in the lounge? It seems straightforward (I let them know what’s going on, he checks in at the desk, and then comes in once I’m there). But any advice or insight is welcome.

Many thanks.

The policy for this lounge is that you can have a guest but he/she should travel on the same flight as you (in J, W or Y).

Thanks for the response.

So if they’re not on the same flight they’ll be denied access? I haven’t been able to locate the policy written anywhere.

The information I have given is from Agentconnect (the Travel agents portal in France)

Clients éligibles
Le client voyageant en classe La Première.
Un invité. Il doit voyager sur le même vol. Il est accepté sous réserve de places disponibles.
Not the 1st time the different AF systems and web pages are contradictory.

from AFKL TA:

Eligible passengers

Passengers travelling in La Première class.
One guest. He/she must be travelling on the same flight. Accepted subject to available space.

Perhaps your friend travelling on a different AF flight in business could receive an offer as precised below:

On departure from CDG, and depending on availability, the La Première service, including access to the lounge, can be offered to AF Marketing customers confirmed in the Business cabin when there is no La Première cabin on the flight in question. These passengers will receive an offer by email.
Rate: €300 or 40,000 miles

According to this site (https://www.airfrance.co.uk/GB/en/co...air-france.htm) that’s wrong. Any AF flight will do.

wallertown, the page you are quoting might not be up to date. For example, they still don't list any lounge for TLS, while AF pax in TLS are allowed to access the airport lounge.
As Goldorak said, we would enjoy a first-hand experience that could testify which information is the right one. So feel free to try And expect the worst case scenario of enjoying the lounge alone, it will still be a great experience.

The guest has to be on the same flight. Just went thru this with a co-worker who was on a later CDG-JFK flight and wasn't permitted access to the LaPrem lounge.

That sounds definitive.

Did you show them the language they have live on the internet saying otherwise? I’m curious what they had to say about that.

Can you show me where it is "Live" on the internet that the La Première lounge accepts guests on any AF flight?

Because the La Première lounge page doesn't seem to contain the text reproduced above - and I got to this page by following the link given above, and can't find that text anywhere!

Typing that text into Google also doesn't lead to any Air France page! : http://bfy.tw/J7Jv

You need to select something in the drop down boxes. I think anything works in the status box (I tried not a FB member) then choose La Premiere in the second box.

And I posted the direct link a few posts above to the La Première Lounge page that you get directed to when making the appropriate selectionsLa Première lounge page. No mention of guests on that page either!

So I am really curious as to where that text above is found "live" on the Air France website!!!
