AF.com (US) website problems

Anybody else have these issues on the Air France website (US version if it matters)?

1) Once a frequent flyer account is associated with a reservation, you can't change the FF#.

First this happened when booking directly on AF.com - after I logged in, it populated my FB account, which I don't use. I could not change it to my DL Skymiles account. I had to call web support. Then, it happened in a travel agent booking (Amex). I was able to enter my Skymiles number (the TA didn't enter anything, I forgot to ask them), but seemed I mistyped a digit. Now I can't fix it.

Dumb.

2) The middle name field in the passport information section requires two characters. Which is a problem when your passport only has your middle initial. Dumb.

This is an additional problem because, while the field is already pre-populated with just my middle initial per the travel agent, somehow my Known Traveler Number didn't make it in. You add that on the same screen as the passport info, but it won't accept the information because see #2 above.

UGH.

I suppose I don't need to call web support to fix this (seems longer hold times), maybe just general reservations (faster pickups IME). But really annoying. Make it work AF! :)

Use the Garuda Airlines website to remove the frequent flyer number. Then add the correct number using the Air France website.

Initials are usually followed by a dot: "Homer J. Simpson"

Add the dot for your second character.

"The Middle name(s) field must contain letters only. Do not use accents or symbols."
:td:
(I had previously tried a space, which didn't work either)

Okay, half-fixed. ;)
