SFO>CDG on AF, will I get lie-flat biz seats?

It looks like the only aircraft used on SFO > CDG is the 777-200. I can't tell from this or the other threads (sorry - lots of info and am new to the AF seat deployment) if that's always true. If I fly SFO > CDG will I have lie flat seats no matter what - or is there a chance I may not - thanks!

The SFO-CDG is usually always on the 773. I think in summer it is the 380 or that both flights operate. 773-yes, 380-no.

Depends on when you fly. There's most definitely both an A380 and 773 in service; in the peak season you will get either an A380 or a B773. The later flight in the day is the A380, which lacks lie-flat.

It is the earlier flight in the day that is the A380 SFO -> CDG.

Is it really guaranteed SFO-CDG on a 777 will have F? Tomorrow 2/21 SFO->CDG is showing in EF as a 777-200 without F.

There can always be an equipment swap, but AF83 has been 77W for a a good while (for what I can tell) which has F and BEST.

During Winter IATA season 1 flight per day, the line is operated with 777-300ER and sometimes 777-200. All AF 777-200 are with BEST cabin and no F class. 777-300ER for SFO is with BEST version and have 4 F seat.
During Summer IATA season 2 flights per day, the line is operated with 777-200 and sometimes 777-300ER (see previous word for Cabin) and with A380. A380 have old seats and are coming with 9F seats.

Excellent information. Now it all makes sense. Thanks GdB_Sky! In Business, 777 = lie flat, a380=non-lie flat.

Not all 777 have lie flat in J. All B772 and B77W with P have lie flat. The other ones are with angled flat J.

Yes, I confirm that not all 777 at Air France have Best seat.
All 777-200 from Air France are Best.
Not all 777-300 are Best.

but on SFO for winter and summer iata period, except exceptional situation the 777 on SFO are and will be best so lie flat.

If the seating map is showing 1-2-1 in J should I assume its the new business product?
