Last Year at LAX to CDG. 2 of us flying premium economy. We asked about upgrade possibilities and for 480 euros each we were both able to upgrade to business at check in. This was on the 788.

Our return CDG-IAD Premium Economy to Business for 2 was €386 each.
after take off the couple opposite of us, other widow/aisle seats upgraded their adult daughter with the chief purser but it need to be cash € or $. They did it

I am a recent victim of the new dynamic pricing for day of departure upgrades, being quoted a whooping €369 for a miserable 1.20h flight from CDG to BCN.
I paid €423 for a Y to J upgrade last time from YUL to CDG (night flight) with Goldorak!

Because of Dynamic pricing, it's really hard to predict. Price can vary based on your flyer's profile as well - if offered (no guarantee it will be), it could be anywhere between 60-70 EUR all the way to > 300 EUR!
