Thanks Olivedel. Yes, I meant 2E-L. My flight is 13:45.
I thought since I am landing in 2E-K I might be forced to use 2E-K lounge instead.
As I have been to 2E-K lounge multiple times (most likely to use it again for LHR flight), I would like to visit 2E-M since some travellers told me its better as well not been there before.

True. I would probably either keep it untranslated (i.e. use "noodle bar" even in the French version) or say something like "un comptoir de restauration rapide asiatique". Admittedly, that would be less specific but it would also be less weird.

I got a flight CDG-PTY, based on history it leaves from 2L. As I will be travelling from LHR, usually parked in 2K.
Can I go to lounge in 2M by getting the train to 2L and catch their coachs mention in Goldorak http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/28213712-post414.html
Or am I stuck in 2K as need a shower.

Thanks
Funny - the last two times I flew CDG-PTY, it left from 2M. So I got to enjoy the lovely lounge there.

LHR indeed arrives/departs from K in 99% of cases, but for PTY, there is no certitude at all that you’ll depart from L.

As Olivedel, in case you leave from L and want to use another lounge, I think the shuttles should be available at that busy time.

Thanks Goldorak, I agree there is not certain that it leaves from L. I just want to make sure there is a way to M from there just in case. Finger cross is in M.

Copenhagen Kastrup (CPH) - Atelier Relaxium Lounge

Here you are

Name of the lounge : CPH - Atelier Relaxium Lounge

This is a brand new lounge, open for a week, used now by AF/KL in replacement of the Aviator lounge. The Atelier lounge is handled by the same operator as the former one. The AF station manager told me that the Aviator lounge will undergo soon a complete renovation and, after the renovation, AF/KL pax will have the choice to go to one or the other indifferently.

As you can see on the picture, the lounge is on 2 floors and they have a « concept » for each floor. The upper floor (whith the welcome desk) with warm colours from yellow to dark red/pink is for « those who want some fun while waiting for their flight», and the lower floor with cold colours (blue/green) « offers peace, quiet and tranquility for those who want to work or chill »…I have to say I’m not convinced by this split. Personnally, I like the upper floor with the warm colours, but I disliked the lower floor with its cold feeling (I felt being in an hospital) and type of seats available (less comfortable than upstairs).

AF and KL are currently using the recently-opened 1903 lounge at Manchester T3 (instead of the Escape lounge) for a two-month trial. This lounge does not admit children or large groups (more than four people).

Food offer : I was only there for breakfast. Cooked breakfast includes bacon, sausage, baked beans, hash browns, tomato. Eggs (scrambled or omelette) cooked to order. Plus croissants, pastries, cereals etc.
Drinks offer : Spirits (Jack Daniel's Tennessee, Jameson's, Famous Grouse, Glenfiddich 12 year old, Bailey's, Di Saronno Amaretto, Tanqueray Export gin, Manchester Pink Gin, Manchester Gin, Captain Morgan White, Captain Morgan Spiced, Courvoisier VS, Absolut Swedish Vodka)
Beers (Manchester Pale Ale, Birra Moretti, Magners Original, The Governor, Guinness, Seasonal Beers)

Services
Wifi: yes (own network, works well)
Showers: no
Toilets: yes
Quiet zone: no
Loungers/sleep area: : several sofas and comfy chairs. It's quite "loungey".
Business area: no
Spa: no
TV area: no
Passengers are called: no
Information screen: yes
Newspapers: yes, Selection now includes some French and Dutch publications.

Other information
Number of seats: about 80
Level of noise: low
Design: I couldn't take any pictures, but several are easily available elsewhere
View: there are windows and a good view of the apron
Multi floors: no
Terrace: no
Smoking area: no
Direct boarding: no

Summary: I was always fine with the Escape lounge, but overall, the 1903 lounge is an improvement on the T3 Escape lounge, which could get very busy. I hope they keep it after the two-month trial. Not sure what you do if you have children with you. I guess that most passengers in MAN won't be connecting so they won't stay long in the lounge. But any lounge at all is better that the zoo that Manchester T3 can be.

Great news, this is a significant step up in my opinion. I have just switched next week's flight from Flybe to Air France to check this out.

Absolutely, great news indeed. I've been suggesting this change to AF staff for some time so it's good to see my bleating pay off

Looking forward to using this facility on Sunday. If anyone travelling on AF1069 on 17/12 doesn't have lounge access I can guest one.

A quick greeting from the new DSS lounge, or two in fact, one in each end. Infinity is the name/brand of the contract lounge.

Very basic offering, not nearly enough seating for the 7 flights leaving tonight and no alcohol available. Fresh OJ, though
Hoping dearly that this gets better over time, okay being a week after opening.

Thank you for those information so shortly after the opening of the new airport. I hope the offering will be improved after a soft opening phase.

Sneaky peak at Manchester 1903 lounge.

The food is excellent. Small portions of pasta bolognese and a cheesy broccoli thing were available today. I really hope AF retain use of this facility as it's just perfect.

Ah for the life of me I could not find this last week or so when I was in CPH and explored the now under construction CPH Apartment/Aviator instead after getting my usual over at the SAS Lounge. Guess I'll find it Friday morning. Looks interesting from the photos in your other post. Can you give a better description of the entrance location? I get horribly confused down by the A/B gates in CPH for some reason (I live by the C/D gates)
