As seen in the Plat Ultimate thread:
I found this trip from BSL to CDG by Hop.
I know I don't really belong in this topic, and slightly offtopic. However I'd like to recommend this blog from somebody who works in the airline industry (ICAO), travels continuously, and is based in BSL. Many in-depth trip reports about pretty much any airline you can think of. Including the BSL lounge(s) which are featured in almost every trip report ex-BSL.

Update on LYS lounge: they now have a more precise schedule. The new lounge will be even closer to security. Work will start in December, expected delivery during the first three months of 2018. The Patio will stay open in the meantime.

Going through DXB once again on Thursday, I just realised that all we have about the lounge there is the pix from the ST sub-forum. So I'll try to come back from my leave with a proper report with opening hours, services...

Toilets are indeed outside. If you ask for it, you will be directed to the restrooms dedicated for the lounge, with a code to access them. They are way cleaner and classy than your usual airport restrooms. ^
