What to do in CDG 2E in the middle of the night

I arrive in CDG 2E at 3am(from Tokyo NRT) and have a connection to Edinburgh (2E) at 7.30. Is there anything to see or do in CDG 2E in the middle of the night? Are there any airside hotels like the yotel in AMS? Any good corners to hunker down for a short sleep?

I have lounge access but the lounge doesn't open until 5.30.

ANy help much appreciated!

Yeah I've already checked there! It's not hugely positive!

I don't think the OP will find any croissants before 6am or so. If I remember well, from late departures from CDG, all bars etc. start closing around 10pm for the night... (But maybe things are different now compared to a few years ago. )

actually the croissants aren't that good at CDG, relatively speaking.

As there is not (yet) an airside hotel at CDG, and AF lounge is not opened during the night, the best option may be:

Actually, the lounge opens at 3:00 AM since November, due to the change of schedule of the flight from NRT

Moving this thread to the Air France forum as it is focused on the AF hub at CDG2.
