Too late. Just emailed Calin.

Also, I feel like PDBs are pretty irrelevant. My biggest peeve is when they take one million years to serve the first drinks.

One time, they took the drink order on the ground, and we got the drinks 30m+ after seatbelt sign turned off (seat belt sign to 1A drinks)...

Mayne they were late with their setup in the back? Dunno.

If you have a flight that allows me to depart SFO after 1700 on a Friday and return on Sunday (any time), I'll book it. Not Memorial Day weekend or Canada Day weekend though.

And who said FT couldn't make AC money

For the record, I offered to buy a Captain Morgan, and they don't have any!!!

P.S. Your reputation is "this SD might be better than ACYYZ/SD". I don't think you should be worried

Edit: I'm tempted to show this thread to the SD. SD STANDOFF!
It appears that we're getting warmer. Have been in and out of SFO X2 this week, and a pity you missed the 77W.

AC 791 YYZ-LAX - May 2017

In today's episode of 24left's AC food porn...

AC keeps switching the oatmeal supplier and as noted by others, the quality gets worse. My theory is, less people eat it and then the bean-counters conclude "see, no one wants oatmeal, so let's eliminate it". LOL

I still haven't figured out why the cantaloupe and honeydew are never ripe.

Travel buddy had the egg-sausage dish.

Since no snack basket was put out, we asked for our treats. LOL

(Apparently, only 17/30 J, some of who were sleeping, does not merit snacks. but basket appeared late in the flight)

And for those of you missing a few warm nuts, here they are. And for some reason, the warm nuts were served in ice-cold bowls.

AC 738 SFO-YYZ - May 2017

The blue light special...LOL

I did not want the meal. It did not excite me. Someone else did not want dessert. Worked out well. For me.

And look, all the "basic food groups"

.

So I guess perceived value is something like 1 = 5 > 2 + 4 >> 3?
