I wanted to take advantage of this weeks discount code to Europe but was unable to complete the purchase due to "technical error". This is really frustrating

Hey - I had the same problem all day. I ended up calling in and the Rep manually booked the flight for me with the discount code to Europe. I'm not sure if anyone had any lucky completing the purchase online? You can call in to book the flight.
Thank you for the discount code! Saved me $100!! I just found this site by luck!!

Unfortunately I am having the same problem - I'm trying to book through our corporate travel agent, which I am required to do with all my business travel, and he can't get the online discount to work - he keeps getting an error message. And then he called AC and was told the promotion code could only be used on-line. I told him to hang up and call a different agent, ha ha.
But thanks Andrew - this 20% discount allows me to get a return Latitude fare to Europe that fits within our corporate travel policy
And there is plenty of I space on my selected flights

This is the first time I've seen this promotion. Yesterday, it was $228 one-way.
