So we can all get a handle on how they are going to work in the real world, how much they will cost, et c.

Post flight, date, route, original fare basis (T, T+, Lat, etc), and if known, seat inventory (i.e. J9, C7, Z5, I3). If you do upgrade, please also let us know how many empty J seats there were in the cabin, if any. And if you were considering a certificate upgrade, why or why you didn't opt for the LMU.

It would be helpful if this thread could be limited to "just the facts" and no discussion, which could be posted elsewhere. That should make this thread more useful for everyone.

Should anyone want to discuss LMU's further please post in this thread:

AC4 NRT-YVR - Not offered - J9Z9I0 - lots of space upfront on EF (was prepared to purchase as was offered on Outbound flight last week)

Rez says that it could be because Special meal was requested - not sure if this is really the case or not, as we had a special meal on the outbound.

Will burn SSWU's, though I should have called well before now.

Got 2 LMU's for a YVR - YYZ flight tomorrow. Flight is still showing J9 R9. Price was $329 plus tax. As the pax are continuing on to YQM on an a/c that does not offer J, I wonder if they will get lounge access in YYZ.

Exclamation please remain on-topic

Folks,

The OP has SPECIFICALLY requested that this thread be used only for the posting of LMU offers, prices, and whether you took it or not, and NOT for discussion, which is already in another thread.

We stickied this thread for that exact reason.

At this point, it's now a mess due to the amount of "deleted" posts.

While we figure out how to clean it up, please stay on-topic so that this thread can have the utility it was designed for.

Thank you,

Simon

AC 139 (YOW - YVR) Oct 4, parents were hoping to be offered LMU's, however with J2 C1 R0 no luck. They believe that there were still 2 empty J seats on departure as well.

Tues Sep 15 AC 33 YVR - > SYD . Offered upgrade for $899 CAD 24 hours before flight with OLCI. Declined but got good bulkhead seat. Not sure how full each class was as I just discovered Seatcounter and am figuring out how it works (checking the FAQs).
