So we can all get a handle on how they are going to work in the real world, how much they will cost, et c.

Post flight, date, route, original fare basis (T, T+, Lat, etc), and if known, seat inventory (i.e. J9, C7, Z5, I3). If you do upgrade, please also let us know how many empty J seats there were in the cabin, if any. And if you were considering a certificate upgrade, why or why you didn't opt for the LMU.

It would be helpful if this thread could be limited to "just the facts" and no discussion, which could be posted elsewhere. That should make this thread more useful for everyone.

Should anyone want to discuss LMU's further please post in this thread:

Your flight is only showing J1, so I don't think an LMU would be offered.

But, if it was, the option is made available on OLCI.

At what point will be offered though?
Also, what's J1?

J1 means there is only one seat in business class for sale. The flight is full - maybe overbooked, so LMUs aren't being offered.

YYC-YYZ at T-22h:

Me on a Flex fare: $369
My wife on a Tango fare: $469

I guess that is another benefit of Flex. I've tracked the price difference for the last 2 years and it is typically about $160 rt to travel domestically cross-country Flex v. Tango. Therefore, for $80 each segment extra, you get a $100 rebate on your eUpgrade, so $20 to the better :-)

We, of course, declined. I don't mind bulkhead 12A!

Wow - $400 to upgrade to PE!

That's more than the differential to purchase O vs. H when you buy the ticket!

That's pretty reasonable actually (Stockholm syndrome is clearly setting in)

I had been up for nearly 24 hours after a delayed drive from Victoria-Airdrie and then setting up camp in YYC until the first flight. Got 1A.

YYZ to CDG from V fare T-23:55 $1618 too pricey unfortunately. I think J is 3. As E35K can't eUp either.
