Blackout Dates?
 

Just trying to book a trip for my family this Christmas, but I can't find any of the cheapest reward seats for the life of me. Are the dates around christmas blacked out from the cheap rewards or are they all gone already? I've searched probably 30 destinations because we're not fussy where we go.

Exactly what dates? However, for Christmas you've gotta book as soon as the window opens for best dates. Key dates will be limited as these will sell out for revenue.
