Reservation retrieval - website issues
 

I have got a multi sector itin booked with AC and LH. Reservation made through BMI. Its a redemption booking.

I called LH about 11 hours ago and they reserver seats on their sectors. They showed up on checkmytrip.com immediately but still have not on the LH site.

I also called AC and requested seat reservations for their sectors. They are now showing on aircanada.com; however when i go to checkmytrip.com they arent showing...

...any ideas if they will ever show up on the sites or not ?

Final query, is on AC site one sector doesnt display at all. However it shows up on checkmytrip, LH and BMI sites.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this and do I need to keep an eye on things in case my seat reservations disapear ? [Intuition says its wise to do that in any case].

Any views on the website retrieval issues ? Problem or quirk ?

Multiple airlines using different reservation systems sharing info on different GDS systems. Low chance of the whole itin showing on something like checkmytrip. I would think the whole thing should show on the issuing carrier's system though. But, from experience I know that the UA/AC systems are frequently out-of-sync, missing/duplicating segments and don't show up on viewtrip (or maybe part of it will).

I find that if you have a ticket issued by another airline, AC.com will only display the AC sectors as well as the segment before and after the AC sectors. Any others, in my experience won't show online.
