Yup, and weird thing is the SE desk is trying to help me with my reservation and they can't do anything with my booking. The agent went to the resource desk for help and came back to tell me that the resource desk is having system problems. I know the web and the reservations system are not connected, but at the moment they are having trouble with both.

Whew! Thought it was just me. I'm exploring Aeroplan and was about to dump it as a possibility since I couldn't get on to the site.

No problems for me with either aircanada.com or aeroplan.com.

Tried to book flight and site said currently having technical difficulties. Is anyone else experiencing this/

Meant to say the technical problem message came up just on finalising a booking.
