Not that anyone is reading this thread except those complaining, but here's more Aeroplan idiocy. Preamble: I want a TPE-VIE-PRG flight for two people.
1. If I search this on United, there's BR+OS space for 3 people, or even 2 (well, duh, obviously, I guess, except to Aeroplan - see below). I have the choice between BR in J and OS in Y if I want a short connection, or 8 hour layover to get a J flight. Note that the Y flight is on a Q400, so no business cabin (this will be important in a second. Stay with me). There's also CA options, and other stuff. Let's ignore those for a second.
2. If I search this on Aeroplan:
- for 2 people, only TK25 + four different IST-PRG connections come up. That's it. No CA, no BR, nothing.
- for 3 people, I get the BR connection (with the 8 hour J connection in VIE). I also get the CA options. I literally have twice the flight options with 3 people than with 2.
- Bonus charlie-foxtrot: if I click the Priority checkbox, I get the BR flight plus the morning OS flight - on the Q400 - in J. Obviously, since the aircraft has no J cabin, when I actually click on it, it fails.
3. So I'm really annoyed and I want to book the BR flight for 2 people, but I don't want to call Aeroplan and argue over 30 bucks x2. I took my United miles and booked the TK ticket. The space is gone, it should finally pull up BR space, right? Nope! Still the same four options with TK. Except now every single one of them throws a "this itinerary is no longer available because of realtime availabiltiy" crap. Yeah, right. It did, because I booked that space, but it's still showing up on your stupid broken site.
So I literally don't know how to book those 2 BR seats. If at least there was a 24 hour rule, I could book for 3 people, and call to drop one... but that's not there, so I'm literally stuck.

Trying to purchase flights today and I get all the way to the purchase button & I get this:
We are temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again later. (err-7)
Tried it a couple of times- everything else on the website seems to be working. Anyone seen this error before?
Could this be a credit card auth issue i.e. credit card company problem?
Hopefully my card didn't get charged all 4 times I tried it!

Nothing is fixed. They want us to change our Mobile+ passwords...I’ve been trying for an hour but all it does is send me error messages or server stopped messages. Incompetents +

getting this message on all searches , I have been searching for this route for months and now suddenly its gone , anyone else encounter the same issue?
