It will usually get cleaned up within a day.

This happens every time a waitlisted upgrade clears before departure.

Well I was never waitlisted in this case. B fare cleared at request. Also showed up normally when I first requested 2 days ago. Saw this weirdness when I logged in today.

A second call, a different agent, issue resolved.

New Site is a backward step?

I'm not crazy about the new Aeroplan site:
Main issue is that the recent searches has disappeared - it used to save my last 5 searches; since I have to constantly check AP when searching for an award, this was a real boon.

Second, the new site's calendar is unusable with MS Edge on Win 10 or Modern UI browser on Win 8.1.

I like this one. New aircanada.com web site. Checking my coming flight:

2 Stops - NaN m + 1 Day
(Actually I cheated a bit. I added the space between the NaN and the m for minutes to make it more obvious.)

Love NaN errors. But in this context??? (BTW if I check for upgrades it goes way...)

Air Canada website not working

Have been attempting over the last few hours to sign in to my account and or check-in on the AC website. It's seems it's frozen in the home page, nothing else works. Is is me or a system glitch. Macbook Pro OS

I'm looking into booking: YOW-YHZ-YYG-YOW for Sept 15-17-22. Once I select the flights, I get this message (FSCL - qpx - 6 - 413) in the Summary box.

However when I change the dates to Sept 16-18-22, then I am able to book. Likewise, if I switch it to YOW-YYG-YHZ-YOW.

These are SE100K Priority Rewards if that matters..

*UPDATE*
Looks like it was a glitch. Found an Agent that was able to book the ticket on a separate system, and waived the booking fee for me.

Also finding this FSCL - qpx - 6 - 413 error as OP above but unable to find an agent willing to waive the fee. Priority Award with multi-city.

Has anyone else encountered this before and found a solution online/know why?

I made a booking on aircanada.com at 17:25, (mountain) with no problem.

Then I called Aeroplan to book one of these with stopover and open jaw that one cannot book on the web, having checked the various legs on Aeroplan.com. Confirmation e-mail 20 minutes after the paid tickets,

Down to 80 k miles, yahoo!!!
