Yes, I've seen it before even getting to "book", just after selecting the route and dates. Aeroplan hangs for a bit. One time, I just hit the back key and it was fine. Another time, I just restarted the search. Mysteries of the universe for me....until the FTers who have better knowledge come along and explain Aeroplan IT.

according to the concierge though, the correct status is waitlisted

I don't know when this happened exactly but looks like after a month AC has finally re-added YTZ back to some of the flight passes that sold YTZ as part of the package.

How is it that I still can’t get an itinerary to print properly from the new website? The PDFs we get via email are absolutely perfect, yet the “print” function cuts off the rightmost portion of the content.

Print does all sorts of strange thin gs depending upon browser and possibly printer. It's not a print of the itinerary but some sort of a print of the web page, which does not seem to be browser-independent.

Plus, it seems way too big. Side product of these "accessibility guidelines" I suppose? One would think there has to be a better way to cater to the political correctness thing?

Getting an error message yesterday and today when clicking "Book" after the space shows up. Messages vary from unable to make booking due to live changes of availability to random codes telling me to call in to report.

I bit the bullet, called into the centre to book the tickets and they could also not book it. She said the entire week I was looking 2 seats were available for my itinerary but it would not take.

Anyone experienced this before? Is it phantom space or truly an error?
