Sticky for AC IT problems?

There have been a number of threads dealing with AC.com and Aeroplan.com IT problems.

Issues have ranged from :difficulties upgrading flight passes: problems logging on to both websites; difficulty with OLCI; etc, etc, etc.

Finding the information is getting more and more challenging.

I am wondering out loud if a sticky for IT problems would be helpful. It would enable all similar topics to be found under one heading.

It might even give easily accessible feedback to AC IT management. ;)

Any takers? :)

Send your query to Randy Petersen as he is the only one with any ability to help you out on this matter!

Before going to Randy, it is probably a good thing to demonstrate that the forum members support/or not support the request.

Hence this thread....

Sign me up under the "agreed". IT problems are certainly common enough that I've had to do a search recently to find my answer.

FWIW of course.

Aren't AC IT problems sticky enough as they are?
