MaxJet sounds nice (I think it's been discussed in the BA forum in the past). Has anyone looked at AC connections to/from the appropriate WAS and NYC airports?

=aw

There are lots of options to get to Washington or NYC, esp from central locations in Canada. Short haul if one uses AE rewards.

I have not seen a Buz class deal like this in years even though it is to Stanstead. Most buz class tickets are well above $3k.

Is London Standstead any where near London Stansted? :D :D

STN is good for O&D London pax as there is an express train into Liverpool Street Station which is very close to the financial centres. For onward connections it is 99% dreaded LCC's ranging from the abysmal Ryanair to the excellent Easyjet.

Easyjet have just announced a policy where if you finish early and want to try and catch an earlier plane home, then provided there is space they will let you change for absolutely free, not even an admin fee. This even seems to work on the ultra cheap tix. Yesterday I was in Berlin and got to the airport 4 hours earlier than my flight and saw an earlier one leaving within 45 minutes. Sure enough, they just let me change as there was space available ^

The total tix cost was £99 and BA wanted a massive £660 for the same Y class 90 minute return flight :td:
