AP posting times increasing?
 

Is it taking longer and longer for mailed in boarding passes to get posted? Two weeks and waiting . . .

Yes there is a problem. Possibly because of a computer glitch, I heard of many people with no automatic posting, even for "ordinary" flight like YUL - CDG.

Let's say they have 5% not posting automatically... then the paper processing must be much delayed due to overload.

What is strange is when I tried to post on line it said my e-ticket number (with which I travelled) was invalid. I sent everything, even the lugage slips, to prove I DID travel on this flight.

Hopefully I will not have to phone and write and phone and write forever to get this 3700 miles...

If it's an e-ticket, you can just call in to get it credited.

My AC flights post next day without fail.

My last flight on my City Pass took 9 days to post.... I had to call for it. Not sure of it was a problem because the first leg was a Jazz flight....
