address change on aeroplan
 

I'm trying to change my address to a US based address on aeroplan.com

Every time I think I've done it, I submit it and when I return to it, it remains the same address as before. I would normally call but am in Honduras.

Can someone tell me if I'm doing something wrong OR if there is an email address I can use to submit the address change.

Lornag i have done it before and it has stayed as a US address until I went back in there to change it.

This is an old thread but thought I would update it in case someone else runs into the same error.

I had to expand the "+ Enter a PO box or a rural route." section of the address form and clear out all of the fields. Then it allowed me to save the USA address.

When canceling revenue tickets and choosing the new option to receive your credit in Aeroplan miles (1.8c/mile CDN$ with 60% bonus) it's your Aeroplan mailing address that determines if you need to pay GST on the Aeroplan miles purchased resulting in less Aeroplan miles credited for the value of the ticket.
