If you mean for special award seat inventory (aka "Instant KK") then you need to click on the [SUPER ELITE] button above of the list of flights on the right side.

However, if there is no regular award inventory available, the Super Elite listing comes up automatically.

If you are an SE, you will have access by clicking on visible links. If not, then the choices don't show at all.

If you're just looking for the SE information - benefits, phone numbers, concierge contact info, etc. it's under "Rewards & Privileges", "Top Tier Benefits", then you can click on "Super Elite Desk".

I couldn't find the concierge numbers during a quick look, but I'm sure they're there somewhere. Btw, my SE package just arrived in the mail last Thursday.
