I'm impressed! Reached Elite level 29th of September and today recieved my Elite pack in the post! Only 12 days and that includes time it takes for the mail to be sent to the UK. Great stuff!

And I passed 75,000 miles nearly 5 weeks ago and have just been told by AE that I shouldn't expect the 2 SSWU's I've earned until the first or second week of November! Less than impressed!

I am still waiting for those from 45K in early Sep and I am now at 61K.

Interesting - I received my 2 SSWU within 1 week of going over 45K.
They came in a letter thanking me for my flying etc. etc.

I think it really depends on where you catch them in the cycle. I hit SE on Sept 30th. No package yet.
