I only travel throught FRA a few times a year and my experience has been the opposite, i.e. they are not visible or available. One time when I really, really needed assistance I had to go find him and when I found him I had to wait about 20-30 minutes to speak with him. I was told that this was due to the fact that they were understaffed at this station. In any event, I have found the FRA concierges good.
