Tangerine--statement missing

Just got my 3rd issue of Tangerine, dated March 2005, but there is no statement attached to it as in the past, only a summary on page 3. Did they decide to drop the statements or is this an error?

You and I both!!!!

My daughter received her Tangerine package,(prestige) and statement was included.

Maybe it's an SE thing.....
My statement was attached...waste of time since it was a month out of date....I'm a lowly E.
My wife a Prestige, also had a statement.

The last time there was a Tangerine (or at least the last time I got one which was many months ago), I didn't get a statement either.

There's a statement??

I thought all we got was the summary? In any event, I go online for the details so nothing really lost I guess.

Yes it is on line, but the deal was AP was to mail out a statement every 2 months. This is now coming in TANGERINE, a newletter pushing stuff like ccs, blenders, singed by VP Marketing Paul Gilbert.

The statement, which we used to get monthly is a fold out at the back which lists all your flights, ccs, blenders, gas for the past 2 months. SWU certs are now mailed out seperately monthly. That was the deal.

No statement for me either. I think 100,000miler is pretty accurate (albeit suspended :p )

My wife received one about a week ago, but I haven't seen one. Hers had the account activity on it. I did receive certs for a threshold though.

I am quite happy without it anyways, checking it online is sufficient.
