Baggage Issues!
 

On Sunday when I flew from YYZ - YOW the handle broke off my suitcase!

Along with the lost handle, went my baggage tag and name, etc. YIKES

I don't know where the handle was broken, but I suspect it was in YOW as my bag did arrive on my flight (very lucky).

Since then I have done what I have always been told - taped a business card to the inside of my suitcase, plus taped a business card on the outside of my suitcase.

I suggest the other frequent travellers should do the same!

When I first saw this thread I thought you were talking about other "baggage" issues.......... :D
