Duplicate thread. Please delete.

acysb87 Jun 10, 2004 2:18 pm

Interesting how 22+ people look into a please delete file, and counting

Andrew Yiu Jun 10, 2004 2:23 pm

Actually I clicked into it because I can't find where the other duplicate thread is so I thought there must be something in this. :D

tcook052 Jun 10, 2004 2:37 pm

I only read it because Empress read it! :D

parnel Jun 10, 2004 4:30 pm

And I only read it because I thought tcook might be talking behind my back :D

ALW Jun 10, 2004 4:37 pm

I only read it because I thought it was impossible to edit a thread title, yet the title is "Duplicate - Please delete" which implies the original poster knew it was a duplicate before actually starting it!

Actually you could edit titles on VBB within 5 (or 10 mins) of starting your post.

So YYZ,what is the duplicate thread all about?Enquiring minds want to know, especially if Empress can't find it ;)

FatBoyYVR Jun 10, 2004 7:41 pm

Wait until FG2 finds the thread - then the speculation will really start :)

BTW presently 8.19% of people who viewed the thread have posted replies..

Andrew Yiu Jun 10, 2004 7:44 pm

You mean:

Why is this thread here?
What is a duplicate thread?
If a person starts a duplicate thread, can they delete it?
Can I email the SE desk and ask them to verify that this is a duplicate thread?
How many unique FTers read this duplicate thread?
Why am I so annoying?

D-O N-O-T give him any ideas!!!

Q Shoe Guy Jun 10, 2004 7:48 pm

I'm just here for the humour :D .

500 miles at a time Jun 10, 2004 7:50 pm

Altaflyer Jun 10, 2004 7:51 pm

When the contents of a duplicate thread has been deleted is it really a duplicate thread?
