Refund to eCoupon Processing Time
 

Booked a flight this morning pre-coffee and used a 5$ promo code instead of a 10% off promo-code. Called AC, only option I got is cancel and rebook. The flights are still showing same price (good) but the wrinkle is that I paid with eCoupons.

Does anyone know what the typical refund time for the eCoupons to be available is? (As opposed to the worst case/up to 72hrs the agent mentioned.)

Figured I'd ask since when I had to do it last year with Aeroplan the pts were available almost immediately instead of a few days later. Thanks.
