Highlights are: 85,000 miles for SE and "up to" 5,000 less for the "other two programs". Probably means 30,000 for E and 16,000 for P. Could that be for requalifying this year? I doubt they'd lower E to 30,000 on a permanent basis.

They'll also be revamping blackout periods. I wonder when those will be announced?
