Experienced Res Agents A Necessity
Saw this article from the Washington Post and it made be wonder if AC ever considered dedicated agents for P and E, instead of just SE. http://makeashorterlink.com/?C698363B6 This quote stood out for me: Having slashed many posts in their frenzy to get or stay profitable, some carriers do realize the need to serve. United agents who handle calls from frequent fliers outnumber those for regular customers, according to spokesman Jason Schechter, because "frequent fliers have higher expectations." |
Well, even if they did have dedicated agents for P since there are almost no benefits associated with that level, what would those agents do but say 'no' all the time?
