I like the changes they have planed. I wish they would talk about this more on there website.

I hope they plan for same day change in app for AP members with status. I like that united has it in app for check in.

Like I said, the infrastructure has already been in place for years if not decades. The airlines knew when the bags were scanned. The new bag tracker is just a front end interface to make this information accessible to you. I'm not complaining about AC's taking the initiative but I won't consider it life changing...

On the United sub-forum, many people suggest that it doesn't work half the time.

They already have SDC available to everyone, status or not, through the check-in flow.

Feel like this should be getting some attention.... first time I've seen actual visuals of the new baggage tracking capability in the AC mobile app.
