Got an email today :
seems like a decent deal, except they don't disclose before you donate that you don't get a tax receipt, so BEWARE. 55% deduction is way better ...

Anytime you get anything as a gift or incentive to donate, you never get a tax receipt.
Only truly donated funds, art, securities, etc as defined in the Income Tax Act trigger a tax receipt!
So $100 to a good cause gets you 2,000 AP points?
