Aeroplan block ecoupon pay reward tax/fees?

Aeroplan block ecoupon pay reward tax/fees?
Have a AC compensation e-gift card try to book Aeroplan rewards pay reward tax/fees, keep getting error msgs "SDK Status 404" , call Aeroplan they said block this feature few days ago due to fraud?

The AC compensation e-gift card I received in Jan 2022 email said expire in 2 years, but the AC rep now confirm with me I have actually need travel before Dec 21st 2024, so it's 3 years?

Noticed a banner on the AC site yesterday saying that gift card redemption was currently unavailable. These vouchers are the same as a gift card...

Book before expiry - flights can be booked almost a year in advance, that it was what the rep was likely referring to with the travel before comment.

I have my doubt too, but I confirm with rep few times she told me the certificate was created in Dec 21st 2021, AND I just need to travel before Dec 21 2024.
