How does one reach a live human at Aeroplan..?
It appears that my Aeroplan account does not exist anymore and my password defunct. After several failed attempts to get past the recorded voice I have resorted to creating a new account but when asked for an email address the system prevents me to going forward because my email address(es) are already linked to my wife's account. So where to from here? How do I reach a human who can help. Phone or email doesn't matter. I just want to resolve this issue. Any input would be appreciated.

Had a similar issue last week. I used the "call me back" feature and someone called 1.5 hours later. I agree it was a pain just getting through the automated system to the point where they would put you in the queue. Try using your wife's AE number if her account is working. I did something similar - used an active account to get to the queue so I could reactivate other accounts.
