Flying Biz class from LHR on AC - Fast Track?

On the security clearance time - - I seem to remember that boarding passes within 30 minutes won't be accepted to go through security. I could be wrong but there were stories from the past where at a certain point - passes are automatically blocked because of cutoff time requirements.
