I'm not sure that BPs say SE 100K anymore. Off a quick look my dad's most recent AC BP says SE - P - AC*G (no MM status), so I'm not sure what that was about.

They announced that for 2022 kits. Not 2023 kits.

I got a kit with early qualification this year, with a card expiring end of 2023. Guess I shouldn't expect another kit? Would be nice to have more than 2 luggage tags since I have more than 2 bags that I travel with (not at the same time).

I wouldn't count on it if the card has a 2023 expiry.

I agree about the tags though. I have a laptop bag, a backpack, two carry-ons (max legal size, and "I'm going on a small plane" size), and two checked bags. 4 means I rarely have to move stuff around. 2 means I'm doing it every other trip.

I use older tags on the less used bags.

Yeah that's my plan. In the past I'd throw out the 3 most damaged and just hold onto one as a keepsake, but that's harder now, since they're both damaged

I have older tags on some bags too. But my older tags have the wrong status. :P

My kit arrived today. Luggage tags no longer show a year (same as my last batch of tags).

Yet when I call for Mrs Viper who hit SE in September and only got a 35K package last year (no 50, 75, or SE) they tell me that sending of packages has been frozen since the second week in November and nothing has been or will be sent out until Feb 1 of this year.

And yet we have multiple data points of members in here getting packages. Lol

I got mine too end Dec. Was SE and continue to be SE and qualified way back. The pkg is essentially a membership card and two luggage tags.

I hit 35K earlier in 2022 and received that kit. I subsequently hit 50 and 75K in November and have not received anything. I'm hoping to receive the 75k kit soon because I highly doubt I'll ever spend enough to hit the SE SQD requirement.

Opened my mail this morning to a nice surprise. 75K kit is in just in time for tomorrow's flight!
