Many of us got a kit back in September. I have since hit a new tier (last week), so let's see how long it takes for the new kit to arrive.
Good to know- I dont even recall having the physical membership cards from 2021. Im eagerly awaiting my package, I hit 35K last month

Made SE in April and gifted my son 50K immediately. His kit arrived during the summer. But he called in and requested a "replacement" card. He received that in about 3 weeks after the request. Which was good, as he was asked for a physical card to be granted access to the Senator Lounge at FRA.
I still didn't receive anything.

Did you have SE in 2019, 2020 or 2021? I heard they stopped sending kits out for those who requalified this year. So unless you never had SE before, you will not be getting a kit.

Good news is, they will start sending kits again like the old times starting early 2023 so you should get an SE kit if you still have SE in 2023.

Was 75k before hitting SE so they definitely owed the package.

I've received my SE package today, approximately 4-5 weeks after qualifying. The new Aeroplan card has a Dec 2023 expiration date so not sure if this is my kit from early status recognition for 2022 and whether I'll get another one in a couple of months.

Received my 50K kit today 5 weeks after qualifying. My 35K kit was delivered 4 weeks after qualifying.

Not gonna lie, AC pretty consistent with sending these out (at least for me)

Still waiting patiently for new SE tags after qualifying last month. If it doesn't come by mid December I'll probably ask Aeroplan twitter support to "replace" them.

I still havent received mine either after qualifying in mid October, my wife received her 50K that I gifted 2 weeks ago. Called in to Aeroplan and they said it looks like it was sent out. They had the correct address etc. Aeroplan agent said they would send out another set. We will see.

I leave on Monday for a work trip and dont return until the new year. Hopefully the digital card will suffice to get into the Senator Lounge in MUC.

If your BP says AC*G, that should be sufficient.

But here I am, having qualified in January, still awaiting a kit...

Curious, what number did you call? Just the main priority line?

Edit: got through on the pri line quickly. They're looking into seeing why I haven't got mine.

Of note, she told me they have halted all mail-outs for anyone who qualified for a new status after November 11th, and that halt will last until at least February. I qualified before that though so hopefully can get it figured out.

I never have to show anything to get into the *G lounges (including the senator one). Scanning my boarding pass works just fine so long as your Aeroplan number is attached to your booking.

The arrivals lounge at LHR though theyve asked me for my physical card on more than one occasion.

Please don't assume your experience applies to everyone at every lounge. I have, more than once this year, needed my physical AC card to either avoid a lengthy argument with a lounge agent or get in at all at a lounge operated by a Germanic *A partner.
