I received a SECOND 35k kit this week? Not sure what's going on over at AC haha.

Still no 35K kit for me and no 75K kit for codfather senior. At what point do you reach out to AE to see what is going on?

I know! I had this thread open during the conversation but there is obviously no point wasting time arguing about it so I just went along with it.

I also still have not received my SE kit this year - despite calling in a few weeks ago.

It's not the end of the world, but one of my bags still has an 50K tag on it and I feel awkward using the SE lines at check in with a clearly visible (old) 50K tag.

Ditto about not getting my SE kit, but I have not called in. It's more for the card than the tags for me, since I have been asked to produce the card at some partner lounges.

Kinda odd that they just don't send the darned things out.

Yup, SE in Dec, no kit yet. Years of 50k & 75k with no issue.

Glad my much better half got her 50k tags a number of weeks ago. Trying to convince her to make them into earrings..
