Updated Itinerary Error?
Hello,
Newish to Flyertalk/ Air Canada Forum. Ive had a bizarre error on my Itinerary are confirming a time change on my flight. My wife and I bought business class tickets a month ago (tried to uploaded photo here, but apparently I need 5 posts) we recently got an email stating our flight time had changed (by a minute) and needed to confirm the changes. They had also update the final lag aircraft from a Dash-8 to a CRJ. No biggie, confirmed the time, updated our seat but when I got the confirmation email, now states we are in Economy Flexible (tried to uploaded photo here, but apparently I need 5 posts) Our seats are still showing we are flying business: (tried to uploaded photo here, but apparently I need 5 posts) But when I log into the website, it shows the correct cabin information (Business). Im just not sure if I should be concerned, or call? Or if anyone has ever experienced anything like this? any tips or info would help! Thanks in Advance!! :) |
Yes, happens. Best thing is to run it thru here: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/air-...a-cowtool.html and confirm the cabin is correct

Oh my goodness, you are a life saver. Cowtool shows the correct fare class, and cabins. Should I just let it go and feel comfortable that we are still in the correct sections?

Thank you everyone!! Sorry to sound frantic, we spent a lot of money and would have hated to be downgrade to economy due to a system error.
This forum has been incredible ever since I stumbled upon it! hope you have a great night ☺️ |
