Go to the CANADA FORUM for posts on Canadian airport security, customs, etc

Hello everyone,

A friendly reminder this is not the Everything Air Travel in Canada forum, it's the Air Canada forum.

At one point a few weeks ago, we had running discussions on airport security at YYZ and YVR in five separate threads on the AC forum, which is really not very helpful to anyone. Those who came for information on MLL food or other topics were annoyed by all the posts about security, and those who wanted information on security didn't know where to look because it was scattered all over the place.

We've also had a bunch of discussion about customs and other airport-related items across a few threads.

There's a very active thread on YVR security issues on the Canada forum.

There's also the YYZ security issues thread.

For issues at YYC, which have so far not included long lines at security, see this thread.

Other threads that may be of interest include those on US pre-clearance at YYZ, and YYZ international arrivals.

So please, go to the Canada forum if you want information about, or have information to share about, general topics involving Canadian airports that are not specific to AC. Future posts on airport security, customs, etc in this forum are going to be summarily deleted - moving posts, especially from one forum to another, takes significantly more time than deleting them, and the moderators have only a limited amount of time to try to manage these issues.
